Gloyd "Bud" Zeller, background and experience: Real estate became of great interest to me when working toward my masters degree. My career in real estate then started, obtaining a sales license and teaching real estate principles, practice and finance classes.

In the late 1970's my classification became "Professor" Los Rios College District. I have taught real estate classes for all 4 colleges in this district. My son Douglas and I are active real estate Brokers/Realtors and co owners of Sierra Properties / Zeller Real Estate..
